This website is designed to collect as little information about you as possible.
This website sets no cookies and uses no tracking technologies. We count visits using our website host's anonymous statistics, which record the page visited, the approximate region, and the type of browser and device. No cookies are used, nothing is stored on your device, and the figures cannot be traced back to you or joined up with your activity on any other website. Fonts and all other assets are served directly from this website.

What we collect and why
The only personal information we receive through this website is what you choose to send us.
When you send the enquiry form, the details you provide are transmitted to our website and stored so that we receive and can respond to your enquiry. That is typically your name, organisation, email address and the substance of your enquiry. If the form cannot be sent for any reason, it falls back to preparing an email in your own email application instead.
The Martyn's Law assessment tool works differently. If you use it, the name, business name, email address and role you enter, together with your assessment result, are transmitted to us and stored in our content system, Sanity. You choose separately whether to receive marketing communications; the assessment itself does not depend on that choice, and you can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
We use that information to respond to your enquiry, to discuss your requirements and, where an engagement follows, to deliver our services. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests in responding to correspondence addressed to us and, where applicable, taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.
How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is kept only as long as necessary to deal with your enquiry and any engagement that follows, and to meet our legal and professional record-keeping obligations, after which it is deleted.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have rights over your personal information, including the rights to access, correct, erase and restrict it, to object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact neil@kingstreesecure.co.uk.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Engagements
Information handled during consultancy engagements is governed by the terms of the relevant engagement and any confidentiality or data processing arrangements agreed with the client, alongside this notice.
